Campaign Analytics Dashboard

The Campaign Analytics Dashboard provides a centralized overview of all key performance metrics related to your email or messaging campaigns. This interface is designed to help users monitor campaign effectiveness through easily digestible data visualizations and summary tiles.

Campaign Dashboard Overview

Key Metrics Displayed

  • Total Delivered
    Number of messages successfully delivered to recipients.

  • Open Rate
    Percentage of recipients who opened the message.

  • Click Rate
    Percentage of recipients who clicked on any links within the message.

  • Bounce Rate
    Percentage of messages that failed to deliver.

These metrics are presented at the top in a tile format for quick reference.

Delivery Insights

Below the key metrics, a Delivery section offers more granular insights:

  • Graph View
    A visual representation of the selected metric over time. (Displays "No data available" if no campaign data exists for the selected date.)

  • Details Table
    A breakdown of key statistics including:

  • Sent
  • Delivered
  • Opened
  • Clicked
  • Bounced
  • Complaints

You can also use the Metrics dropdown to dynamically change the metric displayed in the graph.

Campaign & Date Filters

Use the dropdown menus at the top right to: - Select a specific campaign. - Filter analytics by date.

This dashboard ensures that users can evaluate performance, detect issues, and improve future campaigns with data-driven decisions.
