Email Campaign

The Email Campaign module empowers users to efficiently create, manage, and execute targeted marketing campaigns. This dashboard offers real-time performance insights, including key engagement metrics such as open rates and click-throughs. Users can also view, edit, or clone existing campaigns directly from the Actions column.

Create Campaign

To start a new email campaign, follow these steps:

1. Enter Campaign Details

  • Campaign Name: Provide a descriptive name for easy reference.
  • Recipient List: Choose from existing contact lists.
  • Subject Line: Enter the email's subject to engage recipients.
  • Sender Email: Specify the email address from which the message will be sent.

2. Compose Email

  • Template Editor: Use the built-in drag-and-drop editor.
  • Pre-designed Templates: Choose from a variety of layouts or start from scratch.
  • Format Options: Select either a plain text or an HTML-based email.
  • Design Features:
  • Columns and Buttons
  • Headers and Footers
  • Social Media Links
  • Custom Fonts, Styles, and Borders
  • Embedded Forms and CTAs

Preview and Launch

Once your email is composed:

  1. Click Save and Continue to preview your email.
  2. Review the final look and content.
  3. Click Launch Campaign to send it to the selected audience.
