Finance
The Finance module in Mfluence provides the functionality to create and send invoices directly to your clients from within the application. This centralized feature allows you to manage clients and their invoicing seamlessly on the same platform.

Invoice Management
The invoicing section enables you to:
- View, modify, and create invoices for your users.
- Click on Add New to create and send a fresh invoice.
- Use the ellipsis button (...) beside any invoice to:
- Edit the invoice
- Download a copy
- Send it via email
- Record a received payment

Creating an Invoice
When creating a new invoice, you will need to: - Select the Customer Name - Enter the Invoice Number and Order Number - Configure the Invoice Date and Due Date - Set the Terms & Conditions (based on product/subscription) - Choose the Salesperson handling the sale - Enter the Email Subject for the outgoing invoice mail

Product & Billing Configuration
Next, configure the billing details: - Select the product/service - Input quantity, rate, and choose the currency - Apply any discounts (percentage or fixed) - Add applicable tax and adjustments - The total amount is calculated based on the provided inputs - Attach supporting documents if needed
Additional Features
- Add Customer Notes that will appear on the invoice for the client’s reference
- Ensure all invoice-related communication is clear and personalized
