Leads
The Leads section, accessible upon logging into the admin account, serves as the central hub for managing all prospective customers. This interface offers a complete view of essential lead information including:
- Name
- Company
- Email Address
- Last Contact Date
- Contact Number

Interacting with Leads
From this dashboard, you can efficiently manage leads through various actions:
- Initiate a call
- Send an email or reminder
- Schedule meetings
- Change lead status to Deal or Customer
Once converted, leads automatically transition to: - Deals section within the Sales Pipeline - Customers section within the Audience menu
Filtering & Customization
Use the filters at the top-right corner to refine your lead list by:
- Source
- Status
- Date Range
- Lead Agent
Additionally, you can click the Settings button to customize the column view as per your preferences.
Importing & Exporting Leads
Click the ellipsis (⋯) button at the top-right to:
📥 Import Leads
- Download the sample Excel file
- Prepare your lead data accordingly
- Upload the completed file to import
📤 Export Leads
- Select desired lead agent(s)
- Define a date range
- Click Export to download the file in CSV or Excel format

Adding a New Lead Manually
To add a new lead, follow these steps:
1. Click the +Lead button
Located in the top-left corner of the Leads section.
2. Enter Essential Information
- First Name
- Last Name
- Contact Info (Email or Phone)

Provide Additional Details
- Source (Website, Referral, Social Media, etc.)
- Product Interest
- Industry
- Follow-up Schedules
- Status (e.g., Cold, Warm, Hot)
Optional Information
- Address
- Website
- Skype ID
- WhatsApp Info
Finally, click the Add button to save the lead.
