Chatbots

The Chatbots module, under the Lead Booster section, empowers users to automate interactions, guide visitors, and enhance lead generation by deploying conversational flows on various platforms.

To access this feature, navigate to:
Leads → Lead Booster → Chatbots

The dashboard displays all available chatbots within the system. Click the Add New button to create a new chatbot.

Creating a New Chatbot

Upon clicking Add New, a modal window appears where you can choose the type of chatbot you wish to create:

  1. Webchat
  2. WhatsApp

These two types serve different purposes based on your audience and communication preferences.

1. Webchat

A Webchat Chatbot is a conversational agent embedded within your website, enabling quick, interactive sessions for lead capture, FAQs, or guided support.

Getting Started

Create and personalize your chatbot experience using:

  • Pre-built Templates: Choose from a library of common use cases.
  • Build from Scratch: Design a fully customized flow tailored to your unique requirements.

Clicking Build from Scratch will open the Flow Builder, a visual editor where you can:

  • Design complex interaction paths
  • Add logic-based responses
  • Personalize content for different user segments

This allows for a completely bespoke conversational experience for your website visitors.

2. WhatsApp

A WhatsApp Chatbot works within WhatsApp via the WhatsApp Business API. It enables businesses to automate communication with customers directly in their chat inbox.

  • Re-engagement with customers in a familiar and trusted channel

Just like Webchat, WhatsApp Chatbots can also be created using:

  • Pre-built Templates
  • Custom Flow Builder

If you prefer a completely tailored solution, simply click the "Build from Scratch" button to create a fully custom flow for your unique use case. This will redirect you to a Flow Builder window where you can design your chatbot interactions from the ground up.

Bot Trigger Condition

To initiate the chatbot, you must define a specific trigger condition or keyword that activates the flow. This can be any predefined text or phrase configured to start the interaction.

In case the initial trigger fails, the system supports:

  • Retry Mechanism – ensuring another attempt at activation.
  • Idle Timeout – automatically sends a follow-up after a period of user inactivity.

Flow Elements

Within the flow builder, you can structure your chatbot using a variety of nodes and actions, including:


1. Send Message

Compose a title and enter the message to be sent at that point in the chat sequence.

2. Collect Input

Display a message prompting the user for input. This input can be saved to a variable, which can be referenced later to customize the flow or trigger conditions.

3. Option

Present up to three interactive options (as per Meta’s policies) for users to choose from.

You may also include an image above the message for a richer visual experience.

4. Branch

Create conditional paths based on user input or previously stored variables. This enables advanced flow logic by branching the conversation based on predefined conditions.

5. Send Attachment

Deliver rich content such as:

  • Documents (PDF, DOCX, etc.)
  • Images
  • Videos

This improves communication by allowing users to receive important files or media directly within the chat.

6. Slack Bot Integration

Further enhancing your chatbot's utility, you can integrate a Slackbot to receive critical updates and responses directly in your Slack workspace.

This integration ensures:

  • Timely notifications to teams
  • Seamless collaboration
  • Improved responsiveness

Configure the Slackbot within the chatbot setup panel to start routing alerts to specific Slack channels or users.
