Webforms

The Webforms section enables the creation and configuration of customized forms that can be embedded on your website. These forms serve as powerful lead generation tools, helping you capture valuable customer data directly from your website visitors.

The dashboard provides key insights for each webform, including:

  • Total Visits
  • Form Submissions
  • Conversion Rate

To create a new webform, click the New Webform button.

Form Editor

In the Form Editor, you can configure the data fields you want to capture. Simply drag, drop, and customize fields to suit your needs. Some common fields include:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Company
  • Message

Once the form layout is finalized, click Save to move to the styling stage.

Style

The Style section allows you to customize the appearance of your webform to match your brand. Available options include:

  • Theme selection
  • Font styles
  • Background and text colors

After completing your styling preferences, click Next to continue.

Submit Option

In the Submit Option section, define what happens after a user submits the form. You have the option to:

  • Display a custom confirmation message, or
  • Redirect users to a specific webpage (e.g., a thank-you page)

Click Next to proceed to sharing and embedding.

Share and Embed

The Share module provides a direct public link that you can send to leads or customers.

The Embed option generates an HTML code snippet which you can insert into your website. This allows the webform to appear seamlessly on your pages.
