Billing
The Billing section in mFluence allows users to manage their subscriptions, wallet, and view transaction history. This section offers control over plan upgrades, billing details, and balance top-ups.
Billing & Subscription
Users can view their current plan, billing status, and due date.
To upgrade, simply click on the Upgrade Plan button.

Upgrade Plan
Clicking Upgrade Plan redirects to the subscription plan page. Users can: - Choose from available plans - Select a billing cycle (Monthly or Annual)

Use the Know More button to view the full list of features under each plan.

When a plan is selected, users will see a pop-up with two options: 1. Upgrade at the end of the current billing cycle 2. Upgrade Immediately

Click Upgrade to apply changes.
Cancel Subscription
To cancel a subscription, click the Cancel button. A pop-up will prompt the user to choose: 1. Cancel at the end of the current billing cycle 2. Cancel Immediately

Wallet
Users can check their wallet balance via:
Settings → Billing → Wallet

Users can also view all transactions by clicking View Transactions.

Recharge Wallet
To top-up your wallet, click the Recharge button.

Follow the steps: 1. Click Recharge 2. Enter the amount and click Proceed to Add 3. Enter your mobile number 4. Choose a payment method 5. Complete the payment

Users will be redirected to RazorPay for payment processing.
Once completed, the wallet balance is updated.

Billing Details
In the Billing Details section, users must provide:
- Contact Name
- Mobile Number
- Company Name
- Billing Address
- Tax Name
- Tax ID
Click Save to apply changes.

Transaction History
All completed transactions are listed in the Transaction History.
