The Subscriptions module provides a clear overview of all active and historical customer subscriptions. It centralizes information and streamlines the management of subscription lifecycles.

The dashboard displays all active and past subscriptions with key details:

  • Customer Name
  • Organization
  • Subscription Amount
  • Status
  • Start & End Dates

This single-pane view ensures transparency and quick access to relevant subscription information.

âž• Plan Configuration & Renewals

The configuration flow for creating or renewing a subscription plan follows the same process as Maintenance Contracts:

  1. Click "Add New" to initiate a new subscription.
  2. Fill in customer details, select the plan type, and configure start/end dates.
  3. Renew existing plans by updating the end date using the "Renew" button.

This consistency ensures an efficient user experience while maintaining flexibility across contract types.
