The Workorder module is designed to manage service-related tasks that fall outside of standard Maintenance Contracts and Subscription Renewals. It provides end-to-end visibility into task assignments, payment tracking, and delivery timelines.


๐Ÿ“‹ Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all existing work orders, displaying critical information such as:

  • Organization Name
  • Payment Received, Pending, and Total
  • Created By & Creation Date
  • Assigned Agent
  • Delivery Date
  • Status (Pending, Approved, Working, or Completed)

You can click on the ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Eye icon to view specific details of any Workorder.

โž• Creating a New Workorder

To initiate a new work order:

  1. Click on the "Add New" button.
  2. Select the Customer and assign an Agent responsible for the task.
  3. Enter:
  4. Payment Received
  5. Pending Amount
  6. Workorder Description and Service Request
  7. Payment Note (optional, for internal reference)
  8. Special Instructions (if any)
  9. Estimated Delivery Date

๐Ÿ” Updating Workorder Status

You can change the status of any existing Workorder by:

  • Clicking on the Status dropdown
  • Selecting from the available options:
  • Pending
  • Approved
  • Working
  • Completed

By leveraging the Workorder module, teams can effectively manage ad-hoc service tasks, maintain transparency in execution, and track financials seamlessly across service operations.
