Navigate to: Voice > IVR > Dashboard

The IVR Dashboard offers a high-level summary of your IVR system activity with live data insights.

Key Metrics Displayed:

  • Total Calls Received
    Displays the count of incoming calls processed via IVR during the selected period.

  • IVRs Configured
    Number of IVR flows currently set up in the system.

  • Department-Level Statistics
    View call distribution and engagement across different departments (e.g., Sales, Support, Demo).

  • Real-Time Call Traffic
    A live graph of call volume trends, enabling performance tracking over time.

  • Caller Types
    Distinguishes between New Callers and Returning Callers using visual indicators.

  • Regional Traffic Map
    See where most calls originate geographically to optimize regional targeting.

Use the date picker on the top right to filter data by a custom date range for historical analysis.
