The URL Forwarding Logs section tracks all webhook requests triggered by IVR actions. This is useful for debugging external system integrations.

📋 Key Details Tracked

Each log entry includes:

  • Webhook URL: The full forwarded URL with parameters
  • Response: JSON response received from the external endpoint
  • Post DateTime: Timestamp of the API trigger

🧰 Usage Scenario

When a webhook is configured on call events (like Answered, Missed, etc.), the system automatically sends data to the target URL. This log helps verify:

  • ✅ Successful delivery
  • ❌ Errors or missing tokens
  • 🔁 Retry behavior (if any)

🔍 Filters Available

  • IVR Selector: Choose the IVR whose logs you want to view
  • Type: Filter by Inbound/Outbound events
  • Date Range: View logs within a custom date range
