📊 Reports

The Reports section provides a detailed view of call activity linked to each IVR number. You can filter, analyze, and act on the data to evaluate IVR performance.


IVR Reports

🔎 Filter Options

  • IVR Filter: Choose the IVR number for which you want to view the report.
  • Date Range: Select a specific date or range using the date picker.
  • Click Refresh to apply filters and fetch updated data.

📋 Report Columns

  • Caller: The phone number of the incoming caller.
  • Date Time: The exact timestamp of the call.
  • Duration: Total call duration in seconds.
  • Outbound Seconds: Time spent on outbound calls, if any.
  • Action: The action that was taken (e.g., TTS - Text to Speech).
  • Circle: Geographical region/circle of the caller.
  • Call Type: Direction of call (e.g., In for Inbound).

🛠️ Available Actions

Each record includes the following action buttons:

  • ▶️ Play: Listen to the recorded call.
  • ⬇️ Download: Download the audio file.
  • 📢 Listen to Message: Playback the message left by the caller.

📥 Use the Download button at the bottom of the table to export the report data.
