The SMS API Logs section helps track the delivery and responses of all automated messages sent by the IVR system. This includes:

  • 📲 Auto-replies to callers
  • 🧑‍💼 Notifications to agents or users

SMS API Logs

🧾 Log Details Captured

Each entry in the logs includes:

  • SMS API URL: The exact endpoint used for the API call
  • Method Type: Type of request (e.g., GET/POST)
  • Log Type: Indicates the trigger (e.g., Callee)
  • Response Payload: JSON response from the SMS gateway
  • Post DateTime: When the SMS was triggered
  • Response DateTime: When the response was received

📅 Filter Options

  • IVR Selector: Choose the IVR to view logs for
  • Date Range Picker: Filter logs by a specific period
  • Refresh: Reload the filtered results
