Resources

The Resources section allows users to upload and manage audio files that are used within IVR flows. This feature ensures seamless audio integration by enabling quick access to necessary sound clips and announcements.

File Management Options:

Users can perform the following actions for each uploaded file:

1. Play – Preview the uploaded audio file directly within the system.
2. Download – Save a local copy of the audio file to your device.
3. Edit/Rename – Modify the name of the file for better identification or organization.
4. Delete – Permanently remove the file from the system.
