The Active Features panel provides a consolidated view of all functionalities currently enabled on a purchased number. This allows administrators and users to easily verify the features activated for each number and ensure that the voice workflow is operating as intended.

Key Enabled Features Include:

    Automatically records incoming and outgoing calls for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes.

    Enables complex call routing based on user input across multiple levels, improving caller experience and operational efficiency.

  • Sticky Agent
