🚫 Blacklisting

You can block specific callers from interacting with your IVR campaigns using the Blacklist settings.


🔧 How to Configure:

  1. Navigate to: Voice → IVR → Settings → Black List
  2. Select the campaign number
  3. Toggle Blacklist Enable to ON
  4. Enter numbers in comma-separated format (e.g., 9998123456,9998654321,9998111111)
  5. Click Save

⚙️ Behavior

  • 📵 Calls from blacklisted numbers are automatically blocked
  • ❌ These calls will not be logged or processed

Use this feature to filter out spam, internal test calls, or blocked contacts from reaching your IVR system.
