⚙️ Settings - Notifications

Under the Settings section, you can configure several IVR-related features such as:

  • Autoreply
  • Blacklisting
  • Webhooks
  • SMS Notifications (Caller & Callee)

📩 Notifications

The Notification settings allow you to configure automated SMS replies for:

  • 📲 Caller (Lead)
  • 👥 Callee (Agent or CRM User)

🔧 Steps to Configure Notifications

  1. Navigate to: Voice → IVR → Settings → Notification
  2. Click on Edit for the desired IVR or number
  3. Use Advanced Settings to configure responses

📤 Notification to Caller

To send SMS to the caller:

  1. Navigate to: Voice → IVR → Settings → Notification
  2. Click Edit under the desired IVR/number
  3. In Advanced Settings, set SMS to Caller to YES

Caller Notification Settings

📝 Field Descriptions

  • Sender ID:
    Enter your DLT-approved Sender ID (must comply with TRAI rules)

  • Message:
    Use only DLT-approved SMS content

  • Template ID:
    Unique ID assigned by the DLT vendor for the approved message

  • Entity ID:
    Your organization's DLT Registration ID linking templates and Sender ID


📥 Notification to Callee

To send SMS to the callee (e.g., agent or CRM user):

  • In the same Advanced Settings, set SMS to Callee to YES

Callee Notification Settings

📝 Field Descriptions

  • Sender ID:
    Same as above. DLT-registered and approved

  • Message:
    Include placeholders like:

  • {{caller_number}}
  • {{timestamp}}
  • {{department_name}}
  • {{lead_source}}

Example:
"You have received a new lead from {{caller_number}} at {{timestamp}}."

  • Template ID:
    DLT-approved template matching the message (with placeholders)

  • Entity ID:
    Registered DLT Entity ID of your business
