White List

✅ Whitelisting

Whitelisting allows the system to process and log calls only from specific, pre-approved numbers. All other incoming numbers will be ignored.


🔧 How to Configure:

  1. Navigate to: Voice → IVR → Settings → White List
  2. Select the campaign number
  3. Toggle WhiteList Enabled to ON
  4. Add numbers in a comma-separated format (e.g., 9898XXXXXX,966XXXXXXX,97XXXXXXXX)
  5. Click Save

⚙️ Behavior

  • ☎️ Only calls from whitelisted numbers will be stored or acted upon
  • 🚫 All other calls will be ignored (not logged or processed)

Use this feature to limit system activity to select clients, internal testers, or priority callers.
