The Auto Reply Logs section provides detailed records of automated SMS responses triggered after a missed call event. This helps ensure communication continuity and allows teams to monitor message delivery status for lead engagement tracking.
Information Available
Each log entry includes:
- Recipient Number: The mobile number to which the SMS was sent.
- Status: Delivery status of the message – Delivered or Failed.
- Timestamp: The exact date and time the message was sent.
