URL Forwarding Logs

The URL Forwarding Logs panel displays detailed webhook logs generated when missed calls are automatically forwarded to an external system via a configured webhook endpoint.

Use Case

This feature is essential for integrations where missed call events need to be relayed to CRMs, lead management systems, or any third-party platforms in real-time.

Log Details

Each log entry typically includes:

Request URL: The endpoint where data was sent.
Payload Sent: Data structure forwarded with caller details.
Response Status: HTTP status code returned by the external system.
Timestamp: Date and time of the forwarding attempt.
