Once a number is purchased, it becomes visible under the Active Numbers tab in the Voice module.

Navigate to: Voice > Numbers > Active Numbers

Active Numbers Overview

This section allows you to manage and monitor the numbers currently in use.

🔧 Key Options Available

  • Assign Services
    Link a number to one or more services such as:
  • IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

  • Missed Call Tracking

  • Auto-Renewal Toggle
    Enable or disable automatic renewal to ensure the number doesn't expire unexpectedly.

  • Product Assignment View
    Instantly view which feature each number is linked to, helping you avoid service overlap or confusion.

  • Validity Tracker
    Shows the start date and expiry date for each number, making it easy to track renewals.
